Loved my stay, it was very very good, the service was good. Centrally located close to restaurants and bars, though right oof the highway. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was panoramic. Big suite and amazing bed. The pool bar was attractive and the drinks were soft.
Staff and rooms were OK, I loved it. There also was safe parking and good pool. The weather was wonderful, had great stay.
Wanted to explore Asheville and this hotel was lovely base for doing it. Their valet is the best! Thoroughly enjoyed the leisure king room and the way it was setup.
Great view and good location. We booked a king room and loved it. It deserves its 4 stars.
It was worth its 4 stars. Overall, it's comfortable place for exploring Asheville attractions. Restaurant staff very appreciated. Besides, we had free Wi-Fi.
I spent an excellent time here, would still recommend to anyone. Room had a magnificent view.
There was no parking left late at night. That needs to be fixed.
A convenient place and helpful staff.
Room and bathroom bland and uninteresting.
A very modern hotel with good facilities - especially parking and well- equipped rooms. Located close to centre of Asheville - 5 minutes walk
It is located right next to a busy freeway, so traffic noise is a problem as most of the rooms face in that direction. Staff unable to help much with this as the hotel was apparently fully booked.
Convenient to Biltmore, friendly & helpful staff, garage parking, good food
steep exit from parking area to street
I liked everything about the stay. Clean room, friendly staff, good food, great atmosphere, downtown shopping, near the theatre & Biltmore Estate. The bed was very comfortable and the shower huge!!
My room was very clean, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast downstairs was good and fresh with friendly staff. A nice place for a good coffee.
The room overlooked the interstate ans was very noisy. I had been led to believe I was getting a "mountain view" room...it was more like a room with the view of the interstate! I was so disappointed and felt misled. The room was much too expensive for being directly on the interstate.
I loved the extremely friendly staff and the delicious breakfasts/dinners. I also loved how clean and modern the room was, and how comfortable the bed was!
I love the shower. Its location downtown, and the free parking, were both plusses.
