    great location
    cumbersome valet

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore downtown Asheville, and the staff was incredibly friendly, but the valet process was cumbersome, and the coffee options could be better. The room had a comfortable bed, although the decor felt a bit outdated.

    Great Stay with Fantastic Views!

    spacious room
    poor communication

    A convenient yet frustrating stay

The location was perfect, just a short stroll to downtown Asheville, filled with vibrant shops and eateries. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains.

Parking was a hassle, as we had an issue with scratches on our rental car after valet service. The communication about damages was frustratingly poor.

    inconvenient access

The Hotel Indigo Asheville Downtown was beautifully decorated with modern touches, and I loved the easy access around the property, which made moving about a breeze. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Valet parking can be inconvenient for seniors.

    spacious room
    artistic decor
    cleanliness issue
    uncomfortable bed
    inconsistent staff

The spacious King Bed View Room provided a breathtaking view of the mountain ranges, contributing to a serene and relaxing atmosphere, especially during my illness. The hotel’s artistic decor added a unique touch, and the helpful, courteous staff ensured a comfortable stay. However, cleanliness was a significant issue. dust was prevalent and left me concerned about the room's maintenance. Additionally, the uncomfortable bed detracted from the experience, leading to sleepless nights and disappointment.

    spacious rooms
    lack of family activities

We took the kids to the Biltmore and loved exploring the gardens and enjoying some ice cream on a sunny day. The staff here was super friendly, which made our family feel extra welcome while we navigated our way with seven kids in tow!

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly activities would make the stay better.

    excellent location
    friendly staff
    spacious room
    limited wine selection
    lack of bar atmosphere

The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the heart of downtown where I could explore various attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions for local places to visit. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great shower. However, I found the red wine selection at the bar lacking, which was disappointing since I wanted to enjoy a drink there.

    limited amenities

The location was good, making it easy to explore the area. I found the restaurant staff to be very accommodating, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast was a nice bonus. I appreciated having the option to start my day with a good meal.

The decor was not as unique as I hoped it would be. I found the bathroom amenities could have been better for the cost. Additionally, I had issues with the lights in the bedroom, which made things a bit challenging at times.
