A convenient yet frustrating stay
The location was perfect, just a short stroll to downtown Asheville, filled with vibrant shops and eateries. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains.
Parking was a hassle, as we had an issue with scratches on our rental car after valet service. The communication about damages was frustratingly poor.

The spacious King Bed View Room provided a breathtaking view of the mountain ranges, contributing to a serene and relaxing atmosphere, especially during my illness. The hotel’s artistic decor added a unique touch, and the helpful, courteous staff ensured a comfortable stay. However, cleanliness was a significant issue. dust was prevalent and left me concerned about the room's maintenance. Additionally, the uncomfortable bed detracted from the experience, leading to sleepless nights and disappointment.

We took the kids to the Biltmore and loved exploring the gardens and enjoying some ice cream on a sunny day. The staff here was super friendly, which made our family feel extra welcome while we navigated our way with seven kids in tow!
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly activities would make the stay better.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the heart of downtown where I could explore various attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions for local places to visit. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great shower. However, I found the red wine selection at the bar lacking, which was disappointing since I wanted to enjoy a drink there.

The location was good, making it easy to explore the area. I found the restaurant staff to be very accommodating, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast was a nice bonus. I appreciated having the option to start my day with a good meal.
The decor was not as unique as I hoped it would be. I found the bathroom amenities could have been better for the cost. Additionally, I had issues with the lights in the bedroom, which made things a bit challenging at times.
