The spacious King Bed View Room provided a breathtaking view of the mountain ranges, contributing to a serene and relaxing atmosphere, especially during my illness. The hotel’s artistic decor added a unique touch, and the helpful, courteous staff ensured a comfortable stay. However, cleanliness was a significant issue. dust was prevalent and left me concerned about the room's maintenance. Additionally, the uncomfortable bed detracted from the experience, leading to sleepless nights and disappointment.

We took the kids to the Biltmore and loved exploring the gardens and enjoying some ice cream on a sunny day. The staff here was super friendly, which made our family feel extra welcome while we navigated our way with seven kids in tow!

my stay at indigo was fantastic! the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfy. i especially loved the excellent water pressure in the shower. the staff were friendly, and the cafe had huge portions. the fitness center had free weights, which was a nice touch!
